They checked in on me while I was on the phone with customer support and helped me configure a hotspot for hours (hotspot from Amazon). “Came into the store and said to the gentleman (Juan) at the store that I was looking to buy a phone, and I wasn't interested in a trade-in. Came out of there with absolutely everything (phone, Buds, watch and fast charger) Paid about $1000+ but worth it because they had a promo going for the Samsung watch 6 and a sale for that Buds. Can't thank the manager John, Juan and Ange enough you've made me very happy. Past managers weren't it, but the people in the store now are fantastic ?”
