BEWARE moving here. The last 3 years they have increased rent around 8% each YEAR. So if you came here and paid $1250 for a 2 bedroom, with the rent increases you are now paying close to $1700!!!! That is a HUGE increase !!! Making it no longer an affordable place to live. These are NOT luxury apartments. We dont even have a washer & dryer!!! The machines they have in the basement of the buildings are a joke. Do yourself a favor and go else where. We are saving for a house. Renting is not worth it anymore.

Very nice and beautiful place. Neighborhood is clean and quiet, and all of the employees is very friendly and professional especialy Omar. Lovely community to live in.

I Moved into a beautiful renovated apartment. It is so spacious with huge closets and I am extremely happy here. The move in experience was wonderful with the kindest help from Dorina and Maryann. They made me feel comfortable from the start. I had a few minor issues, lightbulb needed replacing in stairwell, air conditioner wasnt working well and got a brand new one and oven not being level and man came right away to level it. Maintenance was professional, quick with response time and got everything done. I love it here plus the location is excellent cause close to all you need. Thank you to the awesome staff here!!

We made an appointment to inquire about an apartment. The lady at the office was absolutely atrocious. She made the whole ordeal sound like a nightmare. Not welcoming at all and almost like she didn't want us to be there. The "renovated" apartment she showed us was a joke. I only even considered them to be closer to work. Definitely would never recommend them.

This apartment complex is amazing. The rental office staff are the nicest, most patient and extremely helpful people you will ever deal with. The maintenance staff are very responsive to any issues. Any one looking for an apartment needs to stop searching and only look here.

My apartment was remodeled in a timely fashion and I got feedback on whatever answers I needed. Receptionists were great and maintenance acted promptly with my requests. Love the apartment.

Our first apartment and I couldn’t ask for somewhere better to live! The apartments are pretty spacious and there is a lot of closet space. Rent is inexpensive (which is hard to find in NJ). If we ever have an issue, we call maintenance and they are here in the next hour or so during the week. Omar & his team have gone above and beyond for us!! When we had an issue with our heat, they replaced our entire furnace IMMEDIATELY without hesitation. When we noticed water stains on the ceiling of our first floor apartment, they cut into the ceiling to confirm no water was leaking through, they patched the hole and repainted. Maintenance here works very fast to resolve any issues!! Whenever we have snow, they are quick to plow the parking lots & roads, shovel all porches, and salt. The only con I have is seeing the occasional spider (I hate bugs) but they’re to be expected in this area. But an exterminator comes twice a month. It’s pretty quiet too- everyone is friendly and respectful. I honestly love living here!

The maintenance team here at Mansfield Village is impeccable! I called to check on the status of a request that I put in (although, one week later) after realizing it wasn’t completed I reached out to the team and Omar was on top of things immediately, and if it wasn’t him personally,in the past he made sure the job gets done. Now that is what you call great customer service, NO hesitation after direct contact! I COULDN’T ASK FOR A BETTER MAINTENANCE MANAGER!

For the last 12 years that I've been living at Mansfield, I have never experienced any issues or ignore from the office. They are always caring and willing to help. Especially, I would like to appreciate apartments' manager Omar, his exceptional organizational skills lead the maintenance team performance to perfection. Omar is a professional who truly cares about people and their needs. Also, he is available 24/7 on a phone mode, which is rare and very helpful. Thank you for your endless support and feeling of being a part of community!

My family recently rented a house from Mansfield Village in Hackettstown, NJ. While other housings were very expensive, we noticed that this place was top-notch in both affordability and quality. Thanks to staff manager Omar for helping us out during this process. He was attentive to our questions and did his best to provide the best support he could. We now have a place to stay and I am loving it. Sending my best wishes to Omar and his team for their impeccable service.
