We had a fantastic experience at Lube It All in Hackettstown yesterday. The entire staff was knowledgeable, helpful and before us they worked with a young military recruiter to help him with his bill in servicing a GSA vehicle. Everything moved like clockwork. Our wait time was very short, all of the staff were pleasant and helpful, and it was overall a great experience. Highly recommended.

Went for an oil change on a Monday around noon. Took no more than 15 minutes and customer service was great. Synthetic oil getting pricy but that’s everywhere nowadays. No leaking oil or any issues afterwards ?

Went to get an oil change & when i got my car back my RPM gauge was bouncing from .5k up to 1.2k in idle
Went back just for them to tell me they don’t know what happened and i have to go to my dealership to get the problem fixed , basically payed 100 bucks for them to mess up my car .
Save yourself the headache.

On September 5, 2023, I went to Lube It All on Mountain Avenue for an oil change around 2:30 in the afternoon. I've been going there for years but recently the service has declined. The previous time I went, they didn't put the carpet protector paper on the floor therefore leaving a nasty mess from oily feet. I had to have them come out and clean it before I left. When I was there this time the employee got in to move my car inside and he pulled backwards twice screeching my tires. The second time he stalled it out. The other employee there, which I assume, was the one in charge went out and was talking to him. I went out to see what was going on and they pointed fingers at me excitingly yelling "What's wrong with your car, what's wrong with your car!" I told them there was nothing wrong with my car and my tires have never screeched like that and my car has never even stalled. I asked if the non-English speaking employee had a drivers license because it appeared to me that he didn't know how to drive a automatic car. He never told me if the employee had a drivers license. He kept avoiding the question. I certainly no longer wanted an oil change by them. I got in my car and it started right up and drove normally with no issues as usual. I believe not all employees there have legal driver licenses and I don't want anyone driving my car that is not licensed. The one in charge was rude and pointing fingers at me like I was the one that did something wrong. No apologies for the rough treatment of my car. I left and I will never go back.

These guys are quick with oil changes, makes me think what in the hell dealerships be doing while doing mine. They have great prices i believe its best in town. They fill up your coolant and washer fluid all included no extra charge!Service: Oil change

I went for an oil change two weeks ago they forgot to close the antifreeze cap and left the clips to the air filter open, causing my car to stall and clog the converter and sensors resulting in $2000 in damage they refuse to answer my calls or direct me to the owner. They hardly speak English and just say I don't know the owner not here he comes once a month maybe have a nice day! Really they ruined my car and refuse to take responsibility. I have filed a better business complaint and am filing a small claims court. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE AND UNETHICAL. I have called everyday they refuse to give me a manager or owner to speak to and just say the owner hardly comes in.Service: Oil change

I went there for an oil change they forgot to close the antifreeze cap or secure the clips for the air filter. My car stalled and died in the middle of the street, had to be towed and mechanic found the issue. I called Lube it all back and they refused to help me. I got a non English speaking tech and he todl me the owner does not come in and when I asked what happens in an emergency he hung up on me. I called back and a guy named Miguel who said he was the manager, said he cannot do anything and said the owner is Jonathan, who never comes in. They are avoiding me and the issue they caused to my car. I have fiiled a BBB review and a goodgle review and plan on suing them as my car is costing over $2000 to fix for all the parts that were ruined due to their incompetence.

12/2023Not impressed. They didn't ask what oil Or grade I wanted. They didn't ask (or try to help me) about the check engine light that was on. They didn't show me the clean dipstick after oil change was done. I have no idea if the filter was replaced. They put the carpet saver paper in my car AFTER job was done... After they got in and out of my car a few times. They didn't even print out receipt that shows today's work and upcoming recommendations. And NOW the check engine light is on!!!You guys FAILED
