Jim and his team are knowledgeable and friendly. I have been a patron of this store for 20 years and am thankful to have them in our community. My fondest memories are when my boys were little and we would go to the downstairs fish tank room and look at all the beautiful marine life! Today I'm continually thankful for well stocked, quality items I have come to rely on.

I have been going here for years and never left a review! The owner is amazing and very helpful whenever you have questions. I have called a number of times just to ask some maintenance/health questions regarding my fishies. I have gotten plenty of fish from him. He was even was great when we had a rough spot and had to bring a couple fish in due to a moving situation. I would recommend anyone to go check them out! Support local businesses like this one!

Went here day after Christmas for 2 Chinese Dwarf Hamsters as a gift to our 9 year old son. The owner-Jim- is super nice and informative and helped us make a smart choice. You can’t get type of experience in a large pet shop. Would certainly go back if needed even though it’s 50 minutes from our home. Well worth it.

I bought a ball python here 2 weeks ago. The people who work there were very helpful, this is my first python. So they gave me all the info I needed to keep her happy and healthy. Also a side note. They seem to take great care of their animals. She (ball python) is extremely friendly. Is a good eater, and hasn't once tried to strike at me. I've followed their direction on how to care for her, and she has been awesome for me. I wouldn't go anywhere else if your looking for snakes. As it shows they take great care of their animals.

Cleanest well run pet shop that I’ve seen in a long time. Staff takes great care of all the animals and fish.

animals not being taken care of effectively, staff didnt seem to give 2 craps, dead fish, reptiles not in controlled temperature room, birds didn't have large enough cages, i would hesitate before buying from them

A fine selection, friendly and helpful. Much easier to get help and actual fish knowledge than at the big box pet stores. Prices comparable.
