Avalon detailed our 2019 Audi and our 2019 Chrysler minivan and WOW!! We have new cars now based on what they did! We have 3 dogs and both cars were a MESS! They cleaned them top to bottom, we barely recognized them! We will do this at least once a year. Avalon is an extraordinary business with reliable attention to detail. Whether cleaning your home or car, it is a WOW!! Experience!

This has to be the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with any service. I cannot speak to how well their work is because I couldn’t even get to that point.
I needed my car detailed by next week and after scheduling my appointment a week prior they canceled on me the day before. The day I called I was never asked what kind of car I had, and the girl told me it could be $130, $150, $180, but no more than $200 and that they would come to me.
I let her know that I would be at work and they could clean it in my work parking lot then. She let me know that would be fine.
The day before they are suppose to come, I get a call that they want to come to my house on Saturday instead. I explain I live far away and I need my car to run errands, that is why I scheduled while I worked. Then she tells me well then I need to let them connect to our power at work. I then had to ask my boss, luckily he agreed to let them do that.
Then I’m busy at work and I start getting text messages that they need pictures of my car outside and in. I run out to do that and then they text me again that they need pictures of my rug now. Again, I run back out to the parking lot to send that. Then they tell me it’s $250 for
My car. I drive a med sized car, nothing huge and I told her, it was fine but they should have told me that from the beginning. Then she starts to tell me that they need my power from my job. At this point I told her it was fine, and I had already told her over the phone. But that it wasn’t right. I don’t have an oversized vehicle and I was told no more than $200, they did not ask or tell me anything else and now they put me on the spot to ask my boss if they can use our power.
This all should have been communicated since the beginning. Maria did not like that, and told me she was going to cancel on me. Apparently her name is Maria but I cannot confirm she gave me her real name because she didn’t want to give it to me.
I was upset but told her it was fine, I wasn’t going to be difficult but she should learn or accept this isn’t right and do things differently going forward. She said she would be cancelling and left
me stuck with my car unwashed. Had I known this would be the case I would of made other arrangements with another car wash/detail location.
This girl was the absolute worse at customer service or even common courtesy. I usually do not write reviews to complain, but I truly felt this was wrong and it was fair to warn others of what they are doing.

Came to my work and picked up the car, returned it 3 hours later looking fantastic! Full detail plus engine compartment cleaned. Car looks like new. Also very reasonable price.

Best detail service I have ever had! I have a toddler so my car is always a mess, but it looks truly brand new from the seats to the engine. Amazing attention to detail, fantastic communication and you can't beat the convenience of having your car detailed in your own driveway.
