Bryan was super quick at showing me the units and getting the paperwork done! Got the keys in less than 15 mins! Definitely wish I came here before getting my extra space storage because it is much cheaper.

I have used E-Z storage for over five years. Started with a small unit and moved up to a 10x20. The prices can’t be beat! I live in the Randolph area and I kept my unit there as the price and the service was worth the drive. The staff is amazing and helpful. I was sad to leave but no longer have anything to store. I definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for an affordable storage unit.

Brian was super helpful with getting me a unit. They even called when I left my diamond earring in the storage unit. I highly recommend this company such honest and reliable people.

First - sales & service rep named Lori is first class, an Ace, when it comes to great customer service. She is friendly, smart, knows her business.Second - EZ Storage is the BEST in the area. Family owned, they have fair prices, offer a secure facility and they CARE about keeping their customers.I have used other storage facilities in the area. Problem is, they are run / managed by either big private equity or people who "just work there" and don't really care whether they keep their customers or not - this is NOT a good recipe for good customer service and it shows with these other storage facilities.Do yourself a favor, if you are NOT with EZ Storage in Budd Lake; then cancel your current storage and MAKE the move to EZ Storage. You will be glad you did.See Lori, Brian or Donna.
