I have been attending the Awakening Point Yoga Studio on and off for about 9 years and enjoy Mixed Level Yoga Flow, Level 1 and Restorative Yoga. Mary Ellen is a great teacher and leader of other instructors at her studio. I can't wait to practice! Om! Namaste!
