Christie helped us with our sale. Everything was perfect from start to finish. We love the product and will return for more when we need to refill. This local shop helped us in our time of need and had pick up or delivery options - there was little to no wait time (if you purchase over the phone like we did). The business is blessed to have a great administrator to handle business like Christie did. We also hear around town that their technician, Frank is fantastic as well!

Aquatech resolved a warranty issue on my behalf with a Simpson pressure washer. Simpson uses Aquatech for all its warranty repair work and when Simpson directed me to contact Aquatech, I found the repair work to be expertly handled and my pressure washer was returned in not time at all. Acquatech, its office staff and its repair personnel, receive the best of accolades from me.

The folks at Aqua Tech are the best. Go there once and you will see why you should not go to the big box store for your Pressure Washing needs when it comes to equipment. I shopped around last spring and went to them. The knowledge and the recommendations that they make are worth the effort. The machine I purchased is a beast. I had a silly issue once after hours and these folks responded immediately. As it turns out, the issue what me not following directions. I also get my SH and BIO cleaner here as well as some parts. Thanks Frank and the gang-you do business the right way.

I got lucky only place around that had a banjo bolt for water pump I needed I fo feel I pay a bit much for it but I did the math it would have been the same if I had it shipped from manufacturer dammed if I do dammed if I don't totally friendly and knowledgeable just short staffed and security entrance
