Had a grinding noise coming from under my car that I thought was a heat shield and it turned out that my break pad had sheered off, had me back on the road in an hour and told me exactly what it would cost before starting to work, great guys!

They do a good job.. Sometimes. My car had a power steering issue. They put a band-aid on it so that the wheel could turn smoothly. Still made noise and leaked. The guy said it should stop, but if not, something else is bad.. Ya think?

WORST SHOP AROUND. THEY RIPPED ME OFF MULTIPLE TIMES. I’ve taken countless vehicles here to EFRAIN and almost every time he has had me have to come back the next day due to my car not running right or the previous problem not being fixed. There has even been times where this shop did not put back things correctly on my car after taking it apart. Anyways, I recently called back because I took my truck there last week for a fluid leak. Apparently EFRAÌN told me he fixed it and the next week it’s pissing out fluid . I called back for them to look at it again and EFRAÌN told me he is too busy and cannot help me., even though he never fixed the problem prior to this and charged me a FORTUNE. SAVE YOURSELF. There are so many other shops that are reputable in the hackettstown area. Don’t go here. I already have found a better cheaper shop.

minutes agoNEWThey overprice if you are a woman. $120 for one screw . Insane !!!!! I needed to put a screw and they told they had to change 4 . It was a lie because I asked a second opinion after and he said they didn't change them. They charged me 120 for one screw . Because I am a woman they thought I am stupid and the car wasn't mine either . I am a waitress I am not millionaire. This review is not for the money it is for the attitude they had . I told this at work and 2 other servers from Hackettstown had the same issue. Don't go alone ladies you should go with a man or somebody who knows because they aren't honest

I broke down on the highway Saturday evening an hour and a half away from home. They went out of their way to help me and got my car fixed that day so I could get home. I am extremely grateful.
