Everyone at Ziegler & Sons are so nice and they always provide professional service. They go out of their way to serve their customers. One time I brought my venetian blind to restring it and they didn't even want to charge me. Maybe they thought they had restrung the same blind before but it was a different one. I had to "convince" them to charge me. I think every merchant in business should have this kind of professionalism. They are the BEST.

Ziegler & Sons is one of the most professional companies in which I have done business. Trisha in the showroom was extremely helpful in navigating me through the selection process of the various shades and blinds offered. They gave me a date and time for measurements and called the day before to confirm. Sean arrived on time, was friendly, answered my questions, and gave me a target date for delivery and installation. Again, they were right on the money. On installation day, Sean and Tristan arrived on time, removed the old shades, installed the new ones quickly, removed all packaging, and even asked if we needed help in putting things back in the rooms.I recommend this Company to anyone in the market for window treatments.

Great job by all at Ziegler’s and sons. I am very happy I decided to have my blinds done by their company. I was told it would take around 4 weeks to instal but to my surprise in about 2 weeks they came to install them and the look great! Father, son and daughter all did a good job!

The best of the best! Ziegler & Sons has high quality blinds at a reasonable cost. We bought blinds from them seven years ago & they were installed in a timely, very professional manner. Recently, we needed service for one blind; the repair was done quickly. They showed up on time and the experience was an example of excellent customer service.

Honest , reliable and dependable. It was an absolute pleasure working with Ziegler's. They are a family business and really go the extra mile for their customers. I needed a shade repair they came exactly on time and did the repair. I decided to have all my shades cleaned and they brought them back within 48 hours. They take tremendous pride in their work and are extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend them and I am looking forward to purchasing new shades from them in the near future

Such a wonderful family business to work with : ) A true gem of a store that we were lucky to have been referred to. We Just moved into a new home and had multiple appts with Ziegler's to clean and repair blinds throughout the house, and to order new blinds where needed. They are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and flexible with their schedule. Very professional and not at all pushy. Truly happy with their service, always a pleasure : )

I shopped around & Ziegler was by far the best price. They have many fabrics and colors to choose from. Ordered Hunter Douglas curtains & 3 weeks later they were installed to the exact length I was looking for. Would I recommend them,would I go back there? Absolutely Positively !

I'm very happy with the service from Ziegler & Sons! I needed some of my shades repaired. I called them randomly without reading reviews and from start to finish they exceeded my expectations. Mr. Ziegler and his son came to my house, on time, removed their shoes (without being asked) and gave me a very fair price for the repairs. Later on that day the shades were repaired and they set up an appointment for reinstalling them. All of this wonderful service with a really accommodating and friendly manner. I plan on purchasing new shades from them in the near future.
