I spent over $2,000 on a furniture set with cushions. Within 3 months, the weave on one of the end tables unraveled. When I emailed the customer service and sent two photos of the table,
Robert Ermilio insisted that an animal must have chewed on the wicker causing it to unravel. I explained, as the photos clearly show, that there are no chew or scratch marks on the table so clearly an animal did not chew or scratch the pieces apart. I honestly expected the company to replace the table, but Robert repeatedly told me this has never happened and that I must be wrong. Wow. I bought a similar set from Home Depot for under $500 21 years ago and it lasted, although the sun got to it in recent years. If you have an issue with this company, do not expect them to provide honest and thankful service to customers.

Very pleased with Wicker Warehouse. Good price on 8 foot table and service cart. Arrived next day despite 2 to 3 week warning. Arrived in good condition by very polite delivery guy named Mario. A note from my husband: please be nice to your delivery guy! Driving a truck is a tough job and retail furniture is the hardest of all delivery jobs.

I ordered a patio set 5 weeks ago and have yet to hear anything about it. When I called, I was told next week. I called back the next week because I hadn’t heard anything. I was put off again. Both ladies I talked to were rude and inconsiderate. For me paying over $1400, I feel as though this is the opposite of what I should receive. Terrible service. Would not recommend to anyone and will never be back.

No phone number and no email on Google Maps. That should tell you something.My 4 chairs, $1000.00 worth, are falling apart after 4 years!Contacted the company, and they said it's because you live in Florida. Of course, they knew that when they shipped them to me, but did NOT offer an alternative.They also offered to replace them for $800.00. Yeah, right. And get 4 more years?No thanks.

I recently bought a child wicker rocking chair for my granddaughters birthday. It arrived on time, and the chair itself was sturdy. My issue was that the paint on the chair was thin, so the chair looked yellowed instead of white. When I called the company, they asked me to email pictures, which I did. I received an email back that was forwarded to me and another worker telling them to send me a can of spray paint. Then they called me and, no apologies, said they couldn't send paint in the mail and that I should go buy a can of paint and they would credit me $25. I live in an area where it is freezing outside. I have nowhere to paint this chair with spray paint. I also cut myself on the chair. I had to sand off a ton of burrs and sharp spots so my granddaughter could not hurt herself on it. I'm really disappointed. I paid good money for an item that was only half finished. I will not buy from them again.

I just received a child's wicker rocking chair from Wicker Warehouse.It was everything I had hoped for: well-made and charming in design. I called to place the order and Andrea was so pleasant and authentic in helping me. The chair arrived in less than a week, despite being shiipped all the way from New Jersey to Colorado. I heartedly recommend this business. The child's rocking chair is a great baby gift.

WoW..The team at Wicker Warehouse exceeded my expectations! They totally get what a great customer experience is all about...they were so responsive and provided communication about my purchase and delivery without me doing the heavy lift..not anything like the big box stores! Mario who delivered my purchase was very personable and friendly. Called me several times to make known where my item was. Was super pleased with quality of my purchase...was more than I wanted to spend but worth every penny!

This company does not even deserve one star but if I did not enter a rating, this review would not be able to be posted. This was the absolute worst experience ever! I bought an outdoor wicker patio bar set with two stools and the entire set completely unraveled. I wrote to the owner and he simply said that the weather in Florida would cause that to happen due to too much sun exposure. My issue is that the sales representative KNEW I lived in Florida so if that was going to happen, she (Gail) NEVER should have sold the set to me. I asked for some compensation and was told there is nothing they can do. I spent a lot of money on this set and I had to throw it out! This was an utter disgrace and I could not be more disappointed! Mind you, I have brought the set indoors in inclement weather but it has not withstood the test of time. I sent numerous photos so he could see how poorly this set was made, to no avail. Clearly, the quality of construction was extremely POOR! Thus, it became an utter embarrassment. I entertain frequently and it completely ruined my beautiful picturesque pool and patio scene. In fact, it was an eyesore and needed to go! I requested that in order to resolve this problem, it would be appreciated if the company would reimburse me for at least a (fair) portion of this set as it is way beyond repair. However, Robert Emilio simply told me that this is a family business and there is nothing he can do for me, which made my dealings with this company MOST unpleasant in that they failed to even offer the slightest attempt to resolve this issue with my purchase. Hence, I am one VERY DISSATISFIED customer. Outdoor furniture is not supposed to unravel or fall apart. I purchased four beautiful, tightly woven lounge chairs, two love seats, a table, and a fire pit from another company and I have had these items MUCH longer than this patio bar set. And all are still in perfect condition!! So, if you live in a warm climate, such as Florida,I strongly advise against purchasing ANY furniture from this company and buy your furniture elsewhere! They do NOT stand by their product and they are certainly lacking Customer Service!, privatizing company policy above customers' needs. AVOID this website if you are planning on buying outdoor furniture; it is NOT durable, the color fades, it is poorly made, of the lowest quality, and customer service is non-existent! This set unraveled and had to be discarded before I was able to get any value for my money. DISGRACEFUL!!!! Moreover, the owner is NOT customer-friendly and he does not stand by his products. I only wish I could post my photos so you could see the damage that Robert claimed was from the hot weather in Florida. Seriously??? BEWARE!!

They have great customer service and my chairs arrived fairly quickly. The chairs are very well constructed and beautiful for my cottage garden home. The Sunbrella cushions exceeded expectations and are super comfy!
