This business will try to rip you off if you don't pay attention. My mother purchased what she thought was a 14k bracelet for me for my birthday. When I looked at it, the bracelet showed that it was only 10k. If I hadn't checked, they would have gotten over on us! I also heard of this same situation happening to another customer. Cannot trust this merchant at all, be careful!

I walked in around the afternoon and was met with a gentleman who didn't really seem to want to help me. I told him I was in the market for a 10k gold chain. He told me that he has them but he put them in the safe. Then questioned me as to why I want a 10k gold chain.As a customer, who had cash, made it known, and had it in hand, you would think that they would want to help but it seemed like I was nothing but a fly on the wall to this man. I told him I'll just go somewhere else. First time in and will be my last. I found what I needed and the jeweler that I purchased from helped me out without the "interview."

This store did everything it could to ensure that I got the best pricing. This place is EXCELLENT! The owner & his wife are CONSUMMATE professionals, very reasonable and HONEST. you will NOT get this kind of service anywhere nearby. I purchased a custom chain, & had a custom ring done, the prices were more than reasonable. Go to any of the stores nearby & you'll see the bad service & overpricing. I like good service, good product & reasonable prices judge for yourself.
