Worst service ever made me take 2 out of my 3 boxes because they didn’t have tape on the top of the box, very rude female with an attitude , stay away from there.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Don't bring your packages here.. if you lose a package you are screwed!!! they are no help whatsever!! i lost a package that i dropped off on Wednesday and got the runaround UPS told me they never got it to go back to the store and the MANAGER is like it's not our problem!!! no help offered!!!! AVOID THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!

I recently visited the UPS store in Hackensack, NJ, for notary services and left extremely unsatisfied with the experience. I needed two documents printed and notarized, which ended up costing me $21.81—an unexpectedly high amount. When I asked the cashier for a breakdown of the charges, they were unable to clearly explain why the cost was so high.
To make matters worse, I noticed a “client fee” on my receipt, which was never mentioned when I called ahead to inquire about their notary services. This lack of transparency and poor customer service left me frustrated. I expected clear pricing and professional assistance but instead felt overcharged and misled. I would not recommend this location for notary services, as they seem to add hidden fees and fail to provide adequate explanations.

This place is kinda small and they ship a lot so it gets packed quickly. Sometimes the line goes outside and when you're inside you can't move much because of all the boxes.
Even though it gets really busy I usually don't have to wait too long so that's a plus.
I've never had any issues with any of the employees as they've always taken care of me quickly. They scan my package and I'm on my way.
I do think they can be a little more professional. Sometimes they take your package and don't even look at you. Like they're just going through the motions. Sometimes they have an air pod in their ear.

This UPS store is kind of unprofessional!
There are several EXCELLENT UPS STORES in the area !
I felt the agent is not interested in helping and doing his work! Very sad !
