They delivered my cargo from Korea to Demarest NJ with everything intact including my $3000 sofa and Grand Piano worth more than $10,000. Pum Yang's crew arrived on schedule, were courteous, and they were real professionals who knew what they were doing and they were excellent at packing, unpacking, furniture assembly, disassembly, hauling and others. The Team manager MR Shin was also very nice and professional person who knows his stuff. Pum Yang is the real deal. I would definitely use them again.”
“This place is kinda small and they ship a lot so it gets packed quickly. Sometimes the line goes outside and when you're inside you can't move much because of all the boxes.
Even though it gets really busy I usually don't have to wait too long so that's a plus.
I've never had any issues with any of the employees as they've always taken care of me quickly. They scan my package and I'm on my way.
I do think they can be a little more professional. Sometimes they take your package and don't even look at you. Like they're just going through the motions. Sometimes they have an air pod in their ear.”
