I have to say that Mary Ann from this Sherwin William branch was the reason why we bought all our paints for the home, about 10-11 gallons in the end. My husband and I needed suggestion on the quality of the paints. Although it’s known that the paint shortage is happening worldwide, we were still able to get what we needed. Generally, darker colors don’t work well in certain paint and Mary Ann was able to provide recommendations on alternatives. The paint and colors came out fantastic on our newly painted wall! Sherwin Williams have great quality of paints.

This particular Sherman Williams store is head and shoulders above the rest. The staff there are helpful, knowledgeable and all around awesome! After two failed attempts to get what I needed at other Sherman Williams stores the staff at this location went out of there way to help and exceeded my expectations.

Always excellent customer service at this location. I prefer Sherwin Williams brand to any other paint brand because of the high quality and excellent color choices.

If you are looking for paint, skip the Lowe's/Home Depots and just go to Sherwin Williams. This Hackensack location specifically had great service - we actually came here twice. The first time, it was to get a paint sample. They're $8 for a quart, and the employee gave us a discount when we didn't even ask for one. The next time, we were ready to actually buy the paint. Again, they gave us a discount and tips for painting. They told us we would need two but we decided to just get one can first, and it was reallyyyy cutting it close. So just know - if they tell you to get two, they're not just trying to get you to spend extra money.The paint is around the same price as the home improvement stores but the tools (i.e rollers, brushes, etc.) are a bit more expensive. We had already gotten the supplies beforehand, so we didn't need any - but just something to keep in mind. Will definitely come back to this location for our next paint project.

Needed to purchase high quality paint for my place. Never imagined having the most amazing shopping experience at Sherwin Williams Paint store in Hackensack (next door to Shoprite). Prior to visiting the store, I called, and a very warm, personable, upbeat store personnel named Royamassa answered the phone. The exchange was very warm, inviting, friendly, and super helpful.The beyond, and above phone exchange got me excited to get dressed, and drive over to the store. Customer service is everything when I am shopping. And unbeknownst to me, I was speaking to an amazing store Manager, already she exceeded my expectations over the phone. When I arrived at the store, I ended making a much larger purchase than originally anticipated because the service Royamassa provided was spectacular. Originally was planning to get 2 gallons of paint, but I was so pleased with the hospitality, I bought four gallons of paint, brushes, and more.So that I did not have to wait for the order to get prepared. I was advised that I could go pick up some items at the grocery store, and when I was done, my order would be ready.Arrived back to the store 15 minutes or so later, my order was boxed, packed, and ready to go. Had some questions about brushes, and rollers.The amazing young lady Royamassa, helped me pick out the correct items I needed to paint, for the look, I was seeking.Paid for my items, and one of the guys was kind enough to help me get all of the stuff loaded into my car. If you want expert assistance with your next paint job, and a friendly shopping experience, I highly recommend Sherwin William Paint store in Hackensack (next to Shoprite) you will be very happy with your purchase, and the phenomenal service.
