Although my family and I have always shopped at Ferragamo, we won’t be returning to the store at Riverside again. Giving it two stars only because they fixed an item...even though I had to come multiple times for them to do it correctly. Another big reason I won’t be returning is because the manager is rude and condescending. Very disrespectful in my opinion. Not a fan.

I have made multiple separate purchases from different sales associates in this store, and each and every time the service has been exceptional. This Riverside Square Mall location is quieter than some others I've been to, but the selection is great, and if they don't have something they will certainly be sure to find it for you. Ferragamo quality is still fantastic. The service at this location certainly compliments this reputation.

Salvatore Ferragamo is the worst company I have ever did business with. I have purchased two pairs of shoes and I will never again! I purchased a pair of shoes for my boyfriend for Christmas. I thought them in November and my boyfriend tried on the shoes. They are a half a size too big. I tried calling them to ask for an exchange. And this customer service was disgusting and unprofessional. They could have cared less that the shoes cannot be worn. They said it was not their problem, that it was out of the timeframe. These shoes were never worn, still in the box. I am in customer service, and this is not the way you do business with clients. Recommendation for those contemplating on buying something from this place - make sure you have the right size and read their policies before purchasing anything! Horrible company!

I walked in to check out the belts. I've always loved the elegant look of Ferragamo belts. To be honest, there weren't that many selections to choose from but I found the perfect one easily. The salesperson helped me with the belt size, and I was highly satisfied with my purchase.
