Scam alert ?During the pandemic this place did covid testing at my local church for free. That’s what we all were lead to believe. A year later they are sending me letters with an outstanding balance and that I had all these tests done that I didn’t need and now are asking me to pay a huge amount of cash. I don’t understand how this place can take advantage of a situation wile everyone was laid off and dealing with so much.Don’t go to this place to pee in a cup they charge for that. Instead report them to your state.

I got a PCR test done at the College Avenue Church location in New Brunswick on April 11th, and I needed the results within 24 hours because I was traveling and had recently been in contact with someone who tested positive. It is now April 23rd and I have yet to receive my results. Thankfully I got tested at another place just in case and got results quickly so I could continue with my travel plans, however I wanted to warn anyone looking for quick PCR results, do not get tested at this location or anywhere that uses this lab to process this results, its not worth it.

This scam "lab" is absolutely not worth any stars but one is the minimum required to post on this site. Was supposed to get a PCR test result in 48 hours for international travel but instead received an email 10 days later stating the specimen could not be used. Consequently could not take my flight and forfeited $1,100 airfare. Subsequent complaint emails and phone calls are ignored. This place should not have a license to operate.

Giving it a star because it's required. Stay away from this place if you can get tested elsewhere. Went to get tested at one of their testing sites last Thursday Dec 23rd. After I made an appointment on their website for 1:30pm. When I get to the testing site (30 mins early) I had to wait 4 hrs to finally get tested after waiting outside in the 30 degree cold. I thought that was the end and would get my result within 1-2 days as expected. Today is Tuesday night and still have not received my results (Maybe I'll get them tomorrow which marks day 6). If you need to get tested to flight you will miss your flight. STAY AWAY

So still waiting on my results from over a week ago. They are still doing testing even though they know they cannot process results and told me yesterday they lost my results of which the result of that was my work accusing me of never taking the test to begin with and faking the need to quarantine because no results take that long to get back. Why are you still testing if you cannot process results quickly or in many cases, admit to losing results and potentially affecting a person' s career/livelihood.

Been waiting three months for lab results. I called and they said "we can't provide lab results at this time". I asked when I could call back and they said "we don't know". They're on some Theranos sh*t.

A month later they were willing to help find my Covid results. I went to 2 other testing centers that helped me out before they messaged me that they couldn't find my results after a month. Don't bother with this place. Their Facebook comment section is all jokes at this company and they're all true. They promise 24-48 hour results but should really change it to 24-48 years.

I had appointments for my whole family yesterday at 3:30pm. We arrived at 3:15 and guess what. No one was there in the testing site. No texts, no emails. They just left the site. What an unprofessional practice. What’s the point we had to do the online registration?After reading the reviews, I noted it was better not taking the test with this Ridgewood lab rather than having their false results.

Booked a Covid test at Lodi location and they ran out of tests. Ok it could happen. Re booked the next day and they tested and said results would be back in 5 days. (A long wait compared to other labs) Claimed they would email me with results. I never got an email if negative or positive , they never responded to my email inquiries and they do not answer their phone. The same happened to my friend and her daughter who tested on two different days. They received no results. Going to contact my insurance company on this matter.

This place is a scam. The authenticity of this lab is a big question mark. My wife surely had symptoms and now when they send us results today after 5 days they said it’s negative. We went to another lab in east Brunswick and the results have come back positive. My own report has not been given to me when I tested the same day with my wife ( waiting for over 5 days now). This place needs to shut down as it can become a major reason of spreading COVId with False negatives. People go to gatherings thinking they are negative however it’s other way around

SCAM ALERT! Took the test on Sunday at 11am. They said the results will come in 24-48 hrs. I called on Tuesday. They said may be they will email the results by Wednesday. It’s Thursday and never got the results. Took the test elsewhere on Wednesday and tested positive for covid. I have no symptoms but if they had provided results as promised, I would have quarantine sooner. Total SCAM and fraud to bill insurance and make $$ during the pandemic.

I am still waiting for Covid test results from 10 days ago!!! I work in healthcare with a vulnerable population, and have been unable to go to work due to this lab's mess up. Either they lost my results, or gave them to the wrong person. I tried calling but no one answers. I even emailed them twice, but no one contacted me back. I even went to one of their facilities, but I was told the results weren't in yet and to be patient. I have been more than patient. I even tried to retest six days ago, figuring the first test was lost, but those results are not available either. What is the point of taking the insurance's money and testing a person if the patient can't get their results in a reasonable timeframe? This is bordering on insurance fraud. What good are those results to me now? Very frustrating...

I was told to call this place for my Covid test results. After 3 days with no information about my results I called this place several times. Someone finally picked up and asked why I was calling. I was in the middle of politely explaining that I was told to call them and was just wondering what my results were when the woman hung up on me as I was still speaking. I’ve never written a bad review anywhere but there was no need for them to be so unprofessional and rude, when a simple yes or no would’ve been adequate.
