Horrible customer service. They never contact you in case you need additional supplies. To call them is a night mare you never get through all you get is voicemails but you don't get a call back. Even though a tech went to my house and placed an order for supplies it was never received and it's been over a month. I'm seriously thinking about going to another company. They don't even deserve one star had no choice but to pick one so I can post this

Extremely poor customer service. I have been waiting on an order for a 3 weeks now. I have had to call multiple times and never get an answer as to what is happening. You thuth someone would go out of their way to uodaup a customer. I am still waiting for my order and have not rwcreceia phone call back after leaving multiple messages. I only went here because my doctor uses them and she sent the script directly over. I will make sure to inform her of this poor sercser and maybe she should use another company!!

I needed a new cane due to my disability. I always like Drive Canes and at Drive website it tells me that there's a Drive vendor near me in my town, they're called Reliable Medical.My wife and I stopped by today to inquire on purchasing a replacement cane. We were greeted by Megan. Megan was very cordial, amiable and helpful in assisting me on a cane selection, she was so kind and knowledgeable of their products.We chose one and tried it out right away. She gave me a choice to go through my insurance or just pay out of pocket, we asked how much would it cost out of pocket, and when she said it's only $20.00 we thought it was a no-brainer and I purchased it in that instant.I highly recommend Reliable Medical for all your Orthopedic needs, whether it be canes, walkers, recliners, etc. They offer hassle free, and excellent customer service, specifically Megan, she did an outstanding job. Thank you Megan!

Very bad experience. No one updates you on status of orders. Submitted all forms as requested, and they don't look at paperwork to confirm. Save yourself the hassle. Go elsewhere.
