I shop at Bloomingdales quite a lot. Whether it is shopping at the store or ordering online for a pickup, I always get a great service and rewards. I almost always find what I am searching for and for a competitive price. They make a lot of great deals during the holiday season which is a big plus and their loyalty program is unbeatable. Everything I have purchased from them comes in excellent condition.

Was passing by the Masion Francois kurkdjian coutner and Belsky was attentive and charismatic. She helped solidify my decision I'm choosing the grand soir fragrance which smells divine. I really appreciate a sales associate who isn't too pressing on making a sale.

My recent visit to Bloomingdale's in Hackensack was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I stepped through the doors, the exclusiveness and commitment to quality merchandise were evident. Business Manager Michele Hilzen exemplified professionalism with her on-the-floor presence, demonstrating exceptional customer service. Her attentive attitude and expertise added a personalized touch to the shopping experience. I was particularly fortunate to be assisted by Bedi Beqiri, a shopping specialist whose warmth and welcoming demeanor turned a routine shopping trip into a delightful conversation. Bedi took the time to understand my preferences and guided me to outstanding designer pieces. Despite having several other customers to attend to, she made me feel as though I was shopping with a close friend. Her friendly and caring approach made a lasting impression, and I left the store with a sense of appreciation for her professionalism. The extensive inventory of beautiful designer clothing at Bloomingdale's in Hackensack mirrored the incredible selection found in the flagship store in NYC. The store itself was beautifully decorated, creating an inviting and aesthetically pleasing environment. I spent hours exploring the various sections, and at every turn, encountered a warm and welcoming staff ready to assist. The attention to detail extended beyond the shopping experience to the facilities. The bathrooms were not only spectacularly designed but also impeccably clean and well-organized. The convenience of ample parking on different sides of the building further enhanced the overall experience. Beyond the shopping delights, the surrounding area offered great dining options, allowing me to round off my visit with an awesome dinner. Bloomingdale's in Hackensack truly sets the standard for high-quality retail experiences, and my memorable trip was a testament to their commitment to excellence. If you're looking for a combination of superior merchandise, outstanding service, and a welcoming atmosphere, this Bloomingdale's location in New Jersey is a must-visit. Purchased expensive luggage from this location. Not even 7 months and 2 trips and the luggage is cracked. Hartman brand. Would not exchange. Bloomingdale's I thought you were better then that.

Mary B. in jewelry is fantastic. She was patient and went above and beyond to address my jewelry malfunction. She spent an inordinate amount of time, more than I could have expected, to solve my problem. She explained everything to me clearly and made sure I understood the process. I walked away confident that my concern was addressed and resolved. My new jewelry consultant is Mary B. She is amazing. Thank you. I am so glad I met you! I will be back! First of all, I still miss Saks. Secondly, if the customer service doesn't improve, customers will go to the countless new boutiques now in the mall. Third, we need more selection. I was shopping for a gift in the men's department and the pickings were slim. Fourth, for those complaining any poor service in cosmetics, don't blame Bloomingdale's. Each brand has their own counter representatives paid mostly by them. Fifth. Paying attention to all clients, especially long time, repeat customers and new customers, is key to keeping the brick and mortar store alive. Some, not all, of the associates seem more interested in chatting with associates or relatives visiting or dashing out for dinner. They are NOT professional sales associates. However, all that aside, the management team is stellar and addresses issues when they hear of them. I'm sure they have issues retaining too talent now. The curbside, on line and at home rapid delivery have been exceptional these past two years. There are many excellent on line sales and promotions and unlike Saks, Bloomingdales has stayed the course and partnered with local community partners to raise awareness of worthy causes so it has earned four stars. Correct some of the minor issues above to win back the fifth.

This location has limited sizes. I probably spent most of my day in here. The denim section alone is my favorite section to be in. The shoe department had zero options as far as sexy sandals. A representative told me because of Covid they weren't able to buy shoes in time to be shipped from vendors overseas. Women love shoes so if I could only find one pair that means my options were limited.

Very disappointed that Bloomingdale's changed their return policy on March 1st to 90 days and it goes back to all purchases. Just isn't right to do this during Covid. Shame on them

Bloomingdale's to me has always been Macy's on their best behavior. I shop the sales so years ago I wouldn't even bother browsing as their pricing was pretty rigid and inviolate. Now with the internet and TJ Maxx lurking you can just wait five minutes and something will be marked down. In store, the service herd has been noticeably thinned but when you can find someone the staff remains attentive and knowledgeable. And kudos to management for ensuring that their displays remain tidy and looked after. Nothing's more of a turnoff than going into a store that looks like the aftermath of a natural disaster. Bloomingdale's still matters. Five stars.

The Bloomingdales at the Riverside Mall is horrible!! The customers and employees are low class thieves. The customers pretend that they are wealthy but exhibit offense, rudeness & outrage when they arrive at the cash register & it is time to pay for their purchases. Credit rich but cash poor! There are loud and visible arguments in this store location between customers cutting the line, customers yelling at employees & employees arguing amongst each other behind the cash registers. The behaviors witnessed at a supposed "upscale" store are shocking & disturbing! Bloomingdales Bergen County customers are trying to keep up with the Joneses, but obviously they cannot. There is nothing upscale about this specific location. The employees are dressed a mess. Bloomingdales has an employee dress code of all black elegance. In the Bloomingdales Riverside Mall location, you cannot tell who is a supervisor, employee or customer. I do not recommend anyone shopping at the Bloomingdales at the Riverside Mall, find any other Bloomingdales location to shop at!

This is a great store to shop. It is never crowded, the staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are in the high side, but quality is good.
