This location absolutely sucks. Been coming here for years and it’s the only one closest to me. But today I’ve had enough. Switching banks all together because it’s low staffed or they are just always super slow and have a line no matter when you come in. Oh & their ATM has been down for a year and 2. I don’t get it & idc at this point anymore.

The service with the lady who works in this place and receives people is the worst, she speaks badly to customers and is not there to help them but to speak rudely. A person with poor customer service should not work at this entity.

Rey was the most helpful person ever! After going to 4 different banks to try and get a Signature guarantee, he was the only one willing to take the time and actually help me get it done! Would highly recommend! 10/10!

I have multiple experiences with this bank over a dozen years I would say that 90% of them have been good I have spent hours on the phone with their specialists including a Deborah from Michigan from their fraud division I believe, who has given me excellent customer service and has been very pleasant and professional in every instance that we have spoken to which, has to be at least a half a dozen times. she has researched situations and followed through to the end. I think she is an outstanding example of PNC Bank corporate level I have also had dealings with multiple local PNC Banks near me in North Jersey and found them to be helpful and detail-oriented.

I come to the bank to open up an account customer service skills is horrible the lady telling me I have to come back I'm already in the bank why should I have to come back I wouldn't recommend this Branch to anyone.

Horrible horrible bank, ask nonsense questions I see why they have a 2.7 star rating all the reviews and complaints are real safe your self the trip and do not come here waiting over an hour to pull out my money from my debit account

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALLthere were 2 bank teller sitting there doing nothing. They do not have a person at the front desk to provide customers with directions. They told me to sign in via text and didn't provide further information.This is a high traffic area and they should have some greeting and talking to customers.

I came to this branch to close an acct I understand that I did not have an appt however I checked in as per the sign at the front of the branch and I waited 30 mins to be seen to then be told that she had an appt with a gentleman at 10 who showed up 30 mins late to his appt. On top of that I was not greeted once or asked why I was there. My accts are literally at zero all they would have to do is look me up and close the acct.

I went out of my way to come and write a positive review here. I often come into this bank location in the afternoon and see a long line and misplaced/misdirected anger from customers.First of all, the employees here are absolutely lovely, despite their branch not having adequate staff to fit this location’s needs. At lunch time, the two tellers alternate taking their (well-deserved) lunch break. It’s completely unfair that these tellers apologize profusely, provide excellent service, and have to face this situation day after day of angry customers (due to a staffing issue that is out of their control). Management needs to allow more employees to work during lunch hour because these sweet people do NOT deserve the verbal abuse they receive every day!I’d like to especially commend Nancy, the sweetest woman, who is so professional and excels with her customer service etiquette. She is always pleasant no matter how many customers are in line. She is quick and efficient and always brings a smile to my face. I hope this branch gives Nancy and the rest of the employees the help they need by hiring more staff to help out. Thank you all for working your best to serve your customers under truly unfair circumstances.
