I really like this gym. The atmosphere feels a bit more private compared to other Planet Fitness' I've been too. There's almost always machines available so there aren't any issues there. The place seems pretty clean from what I seen. Staff is usually walking around wiping each machine. It's a nice experience coming here so if you are a bit more reluctant of going to gyms, try this one, it won't disappoint.

Many other better gyms and options out there. Retro fitness is way better down the street.

Update: Read owners response. Your manager is already aware of the front desk staffs awful behavior and no action was ever taken. Your Manager is just as bad. If you are really the owner, why don’t you read the other reviews on here that agree about how nasty your staff is and clean house / hire new people and stop being oblivious to your own business. Take action

Good place to work out. Some people literally sit on machines and use their phone at times and it gets annoying when you’re planning on hitting certain machines in kind of an order while doing sets, but whatever. Membership was late by one day because I forgot, and I didn’t have my card, staff still let me in and I paid when I left with no issue. Good place with PLENTY of parking.

Planet Fitness is great. The staff are not just courteous, they give you the feeling that they genuinely want to help you out. The equipment is easy to use, the facility is always clean, and the “spa” area is an added bonus that motivates me to get to the gym.

Gym is alright, just like any other PF. What I dont get is why most, if not all of the employees know how to greet customers. Simple hi hello good morning would be nice. Is that not a thing anymore?

It's basic. More cardio machines than anything. Because of low price and limited free weights and machines it's get very crowded at certain times leaving equipment unaccessible. It offers basics you make of it what you make of it.

Machines are a bit dated, also almost fell off from the stair master the fail safe stopper was activated once it turned off the machine went fast after I stopped it, there was no power at all idk what happened. I notified a staff member about this but the management should update these machines to modern one like the little ferry location.
But also , this location isn’t as busy like the little ferry location it’s a good secondary gym if you want to avoid the crowd

The gym is perfect for a planet fitness gym, however the manager should not work there. She claims to be regional manager when she isn’t and she banned a member because they wouldn’t follow procedure on checking in due to laziness, very Karen like if you ask me.
