I’m not saying every dog is easy to groom. My dog can be an handful All the time the groomer complains that the dog had an accident there. Well, they are an animal. This is the profession you chose. I’ve taken my dog to other places to get groomed no problem at all. I couldn’t get an appointment soon enough so I contacted Petco. They took my dog right away. Well needless to say he’s half shaved . His face looks like a lion because the groomers said his tongue was turning blue. He’s all choppy looking and she never shaved around his face , so he’s all shaved and a big puffy face. She couldn’t even finish the job! I think she’s abusing the dog because no other groomer had a problem with him. I will never take my precious dog there again! You should be ashamed of yourself and you should not be a groomer.!

I am a member of Petco but I don't see what we gain. The customers exaggerate with the prices. I took my cat for the first time. The visit they told me is free. It wasn't free. When it's free, it's not their place to charge you a cent for a paid membership. I'm going to Cancel it and buy my things for my cat on Amazon and take it to another Veterinarian who is cheap and is also good when you buy something at Petco that costs almost an arm and a leg on Amazon it costs less in other stores. It is my opinion for the taste and the colors .

Don’t take your dog to get a haircut because they screwed up with my dog. Didn’t finish working on my dog when they started to cut somebody else’s dog.When I came to get my pet after 3hrs. The stylist told me he needed 1hr.time more to finish.While my dog was in the back inside a cage.NEVER AGAIN.

Went there today with my puppy and everyone was super helpful and kind, especially Colette and Dr. Wagner!! 10/10 would recommend this vet for anyone looking to bring their dogs in!!

The kindness and love here is unmatched. I’m a new pet owner and was very nervous because my pup had pups and needed medical attention. Brandon at the desk is a super sweet heart and our nurse Cathy, an angel. I was more nervous than my baby and they were amazing with us both. There are stores closer to my house but this store is our home. Thanks guys ♥️

Well I always have a great experience so that’s why I gave it a five star. But my last visit I don’t believe the cashier was having a good day. She was not very energetic or engaging like other employees were this day. Maybe she was having a bad day but I wouldn’t rate my visit on her bad day.but just let it be known and I did not receive my bag for being a premier Got them on the forklift, so another one customer as it said I would get in my email.

One of the staff members named Colin was unfriendly and unprofessional. He wasn’t helpful at all. He spoke very rudely to me when I was inquiring about the price match which this store offers. I don’t know if he was having a bad day but staff should not treat customers that way. He needs more training on how to speak to customers and be more polite.

My cat was in despair that the lawn was covered in snow, now he has indoor grass with no snow!
