Meadowlands Veterinary Hospital
139 NJ-17, HackensackI brought my beloved dog Vanna to be put to sleep on June 7th to Meadowlands Veterinary Hospital . Vanna was 17 years old and was completely blind. Her blindness didn't stop her from being physically active and she was always on the move. Unfortunately there were other issues which made it impossible for Vanna to continue being active. Vanna was seen by Dr Meza. She was so patient with me and gave me all the time I needed to hold Vanna and cry and just say goodbye to my little beautiful baby. I didn't feel pressured at all. Dr Meza explained the entire procedure to me and told me when I was ready to let Vanna go to let her know. I was holding Vanna when she passed. I wept so much but I truly felt it was the best thing I could do for my sweet girl. I would definitely recommend Dr Meza or Dr Marteney. The medical staff who assist the vets and the front desk Sasha Maria Selena are all great. Thank you Dr Meza for your compassion and patience I truly appreciat

Reasonably priced, house made fruit teas are great, but pricey. Overall highly recommend.

The owner was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating to all of our needs, which made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable.
The restaurant itself is beautiful. It has the perfect balance of elegance and romance, with a modern touch, while still giving you that classic Italian restaurant feel. The photos and décor add so much warmth and tradition without feeling outdated. It created the perfect atmosphere for such a special celebration.
I’m so grateful for how everything turned out. I highly recommend Tavern 61 for any special event—or even just a great meal. Truly an amazing experience

150 Main St, HackensackI was looking for a healthy but hearty meal after a long day of work and salad house hit it outta the park. It’s a newer place on Main Street I have been meaning to check out and it didn’t disappoint. I made my own salad bowl with salmon that was cooked PERFECTLY truly amazing. Everything was so flavorful I ended up not even using the dressing I picked it simply wasn’t needed in my opinion so now I have some sauce to make something at home with! It ended up being around $35+ but that’s because I got a lot of add on and honestly I don’t regret it at all. It was a treat yourself kinda tab lol. Everything was really fresh and the portions are HUGE so treat yourself to something here you won’t regret it.

While the food may come out hot, it cools off quickly because of the lower temperature, but I make do. If you're in Hackensack looking for good food at reasonable prices, Villa de Colombia is worth a visit.

249 S River St, HackensackI moved out of NJ 13 years ago. I make it back once a year for a short visit with family. When I have the time, there's only one restaurant I MUST hit- Cubby's BBQ in Hackensack. Best ribs ever! My absolute favorite, however, is the Rib Eye Steak Sandwich with mozzarella cheese and jalapeños. Heaven!

390 Hackensack Ave Ste 186, HackensackSolid spot! All of the food is fresh and clean, and the atmosphere inside is bright and inviting. Service is decent. The quality of the food varies--some dishes are excellent, while others are just okay. I especially love the edamame dumplings and the tuna cups. The salmon and Cobb salad are good as well.
