I recently moved and wanted a nicer dining room table set I purchased many of things from pat and dans before he always has the best furniture I went in he helped my dad and I pick out the perfect dining room set we had some trouble putting it together I called and he walked us through it I recommend pat and dans any day I love my new table set it’s perfect for my new kitchen thank you ?

Bought a recliner for my hubby for his birthday. They had free delivery (in Bergen County), the price was right and so was the chair. He went to see it at their warehouse, sat in the chair he wanted, and had it before the end of the week. Delivery was in the rain, but all was protected with plastic and delivered with a smile.

Wonderful experience. I always shop here, they have great prices, excellent customers service, and fast delivery. It's a small shop but somehow I always manage to find what i need.

I received furniture delievered and set up on Wednesday October 17th, 2018. This is not my first time working with the owner Auggie. I am a returning customer. Auggie installed an entertainment center, a dining room set and a couch. When I went into the living room to check, I said immediately this is not the couch I ordered. He started screaming “ Yes it is, YES it is “ I said I am not trying to argue what kind of resolution can we come up with. After searching my phone I said this was the couch I wanted to have. He said that's not what you said I wrote the style down and everything. He said this is the same couch in the picture. That was completely FALSE it wasn't the same couch. He was very irate and hostile and telling me he was going to charge restocking fee and etc. I told him you are being dishonest, why couldn't you just tell me the item I wanted was out of stock. Once I showed him in my phone the photo and the price match he did. He's like “ Oh that was discontinued “ and you agreed on the light gray. I told him that's completely false. You basically did a BAIT & SWITCH. I locked him out of my apartment because he was being very rude, he called the police because I did not sign the paper. Knowing my situation he should have been honest. I have a newborn baby and to be couchless is something that I didn't want to be. He didn't even apologize for his error or even give me the option to select something different. Very upset at this man's behavior and the way he handled everything unprofessionally.

I work for a children's charity and have been working with Pat and Dan's Furniture for years. Their customer service skills are wonderful and every contact with them has been an absolute pleasure. The quality of their furniture is excellent and they have always worked with us to assure we are receiving the best prices. Keep up the good work!
