“I love this store! The manager and staff are fantastic. I had a wonderful customer service experience here!!! Yesterday, I called and spoke to Deanna the manager. I explained that I purchased some items online, and I needed boxes. She told me - no problem, just stop by and she’ll take care of it. She had everything ready for me when I walked in, had the bag labeled so it wouldn’t get lost, and greeted me with a kind & happy spirit! ? I highly recommend this location if you’d like to have great customer service! I’d rate it more than 5 stars if I had the option…..

“I live in CA, went to the Bloomingdales at my city and found out the item that I want to purchase were sold out. The salesperson checked his computer and told me that Bloomingdales at Hackensack, NJ has this item, but he can't order it for me, I have to call and make the order via phone. Anyways, I called around 2PM west coast time, which is about 5PM in NJ. This lady Threasa helped me with my purchase over the phone. She was very professional and patient. It was the last one left in the store, it was sold out online as well as everywhere else. Threasa went over and beyond. I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you, Threasa!”
“This place exist. There's an actual store in NJ. I went recently for a pickup. The item I ordered was cut tight and not in stock in a size up option. The item was a Final Sale non-refundable. I didn't have to argue with the attendant at the counter. When she noticed the item was too small she immediately facilitated a refund. I ordered the next size up online and it will arrive today. I'll definitely be ordering more items in the near future. I'll send a photo of the merchandise when it arrives.”
“Love Banana. I just don't understand why they keep changing the line. They use to make clothing that would compliment you at any age. I had a difficult time finding pieces for me to ouu and ahh about. I remember going to BR in the past and finding pieces that I knew were must haves. Not so much on this day. They actually changed the way they make clothing. It's not as trendy anymore. Something about it is a little off. I would only recommend their suits, dresses, and accessories. Especially their accessories.”
“We were looking for a camel-colored blazer. We found a few in larger sizes than what we needed. No one asked to help us so we mosied on our way. Still, nice quality items, sometimes a bit high in price. Good for staples.”
