Not impressed. I sent in my tax documents on March 26th and didn't receive an correspondence or update until April 16th despite calling and emails for an update.I understand this was well within tax season but it's been really difficult just getting an update via email let alone getting a hold of someone over the phone.

Stay away.I came to see John because of high recommendations from my friends and really liked him. Then the nightmare began.The office held my tax documents from 2/25 till 4/8. All my calls during this time were stonewalled by the staff; information given to me was inaccurateat best. My calls wre never returned. My questions were answered. I retrieved my documents.

I have been using them for over 10 years. I have never met John but I have seen him. The customer service is exceptional the only thing I wish they offered was financial advice or planning.

Just got my taxes back and Mr. Godino comes through AGAIN big time!!!!! He's professional, reliable, and the best accountant you'll ever find!!! I have known him for years and he is just so smart. There is not a question I've ever asked that he didn't know the answer to. He is well versed in every aspect of taxes and finance. HE IS THE BEST!!!!!! Thank you thank you thank you for your wonderful services.

I know John over 35 years there is nobody like him and now that I’m living in Florida I have to mail my papers to him unfortunately I can’t see him anymore unfortunately he doesn’t even call me no more lol he is a great friend and a great account and I miss him dearly
