Irene was extremely patient with me & very helpful. So much that I had to leave a review. She also helped me with my previous purchases which I needed repairs for. I was in between 2 bags that I absolutely loved. She was very informative. The entire staff was welcoming. Highly recommend her.

Irene was very patient and walked me through all the bags I asked her for. She also made a few suggestions and offered to keep in touch when the bag I was looking for was back in stock. I didn’t purchase anything but I felt well taken care of and not rushed. Irene is extremely helpful and a delight to work with.
