I’ve decided to visit Lee Perla/ Rolex on a Saturday. I was told by their security guard “Saturdays only by appointment. I was with my wife and waited from 2 pm and got an appointment for 5:30 pm, be aware that they close by 6 pm.I saw 2 ladies an elderly one that if looks can kill I would have been dead. I met the other one by 5:30 pm her name is Amanda. She never asked us to sit down at all. She stated “We do not have any watches/ Rolex. She asked me for my name and phone number. That was the end.I was so disappointed with her demeanor toward us. I have never encountered such an awful person, to say the least. Shame on you Amanda.

Had an awesome experience with Phyllis in her securing a Datejust 41. From the first appointment through watch pickup, truly first class experience at Lee Perla. Phyllis was very attentive to my request and could not have treated me better. Sima was also excellent to deal with. Can't wait to come back to Lee Perla!

I’d like to fully recommend Lee Perla for any of your luxury timepiece and fine jewelry needs. Angelica who is my sales-associate has always been very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and a joy to deal with. All my purchasing experiences have been great and I couldn’t be any happier with the timepieces I’ve bought from them over the years. They have a beautiful store and their selection of both fine jewelry and luxury watches is impressive!

I went on Saturday to buy a watch and the security guard got irritated me at coming at 4pm (because they close at 6pm) and that I was placing an undue burden on the staff and I need to make an appointment and wait until they have time for me and I have to come back another day.So I went back Monday and the security guard (this white old guy) flashed his gun at me in his holster (I never had a gun flashed at me when buying "fancy jewelry"). He asked me a rude and direct question about "what is my business here!!" [with that gun in his holster] so I go scared and told him I want to buy a watch. He told me to wait outside until their ready.When I got in, this old white woman, called Phllyis, didn't say anything so I told her what I wanted and she corrected me and wasn't friendly. I could go on but I ended up going to the Watches of Switzerland at American Dream Mall. The security guard was in a suit and very professional. I didn't have to wait outside and the sales person had a suit and acted professionally giving me a tour of the place and taking my order. I wanted to buy a watch not in stock and they will give me a call. I had my money prepared to buy it and was as serious buyer.I thought Leel Peala was unprofessional ,rude, and kind low-brow (flashing a guy at me?). I don't recommend.
