Worst services . We came for a blood test and came to drop off urine sample the next day . The sample got all the labels and patient information on it . They told us to do a check in again !!!! Then we waited for 45 minutes for a drop off !!!!!!! I don’t know how there system work , but it’s very obsolete !!! . They took the insurance information again !!!!! lol it’s was mentioned in the doctors perception to have blood and urine test , and lab had the info entered in the system . Why they do the same thing again . THEY need smart and educated people to build a better system !!!! Go somewhere else who have better system

I saw the reviews for this labcorp but I found something different last week when I went to this branch Hackensack location, was Saturday and was almost 3 employees checking in patients and about 3 or 4 employees inside the rooms draw the blood from the patients. was almost 15 or more patients waiting before me and all went inside including me in the matter of 15 or 20 min max which is good for busy Saturday.
Before I check in I ask Sanjiv Kumar at the front window that I need butterfly needle because I have a issue before at Labcorp Bayonne location which they very rude there and Sanjiv answer me recpectfuuly with smile (Sure no prolem Sir), I went inside the room and I met with Nurse Sara Alfunso (Sara Alfonso) and I asked again please I want butterfly needle, She answered me with a smile and respect, Yes sir I knew and have it in my pocket because the front desk inform me. She nicely draw the blood and She said Have a good day.
Really was a nice experience with this location and much better from Bayonne which is a lot closer to my residence but I prefer to drive to get good and respectful service.

This place stinks, I waited over an hour for urine test. Only 1 person assigned. People were going in that I was there before. Forget this one, better off with another location.

This location of Labcorp use to be good. I am sitting here with about 18 other people, an employee comes to the window periodically maybe every 10 - 15 minutes... there is only ONE person who calls you in to process you (2 desks available). No consideration for people, no one updates you as to how long your wait will be, no one to check with again because no one at window!!! I have been here 25 minutes already and only one person was called in to process paperwork.

Do yourself a favor and don’t go to this Labcorp. I had bloodwork done here recently and every single time I go, something gets messed up. This last time, they didn’t draw the right amount of blood and did not notify me until the other results came in. This is now delaying much needed medical appointments. Not to mention,
the tech was rude when I explained to him the location where he’d get the most
useful vein and insisted on trying elsewhere. He ultimately was not successful and left a huge bruise/blood bubble under the skin that took two weeks to go away. If I could leave negative stars, I would.

Horrible appointments waiting over an hour. They don't care that elderly people and babies waiting over an hour. No organization. Its a disgrace I never experienced this at the other facility

I need to make “Troponin i” test, I ask them three times if they can do that, they tell “yes”. And they make wrong test, they make “Troponin T” test. First and last time i was there.
