I was deciding on an item and decided to contact the store for availability. The representative was very helpful and gladly offered to help me with my item and to my surprise, it was delivered to the store in less than 48 hrs! I will definitely be shopping here again!

I’ve been to this location several times, but I’m so happy I went by this past week because I had the BEST experience shopping with Donna and Amanda. Thank you ladies for your patience as I tried on so many shoes for my upcoming wedding!!! I was there around/past closing and they never made me feel rushed or in a hurry (truthfully I didn’t realize it was past closing time until I was walking out!) They both took the time to genuinely assist me without ever feeling pressured to make a purchase, and were so patient as I tried on different styles. It’s clear they enjoy what they do! I am an online shopper to my core, I never really shop in person, but my experience at Jimmy Choo with them is what shopping in person should be, especially for shopping for something as important as a wedding shoe! Thank you ❤️

What a gorgeous mall! This is definitely a higher end shopping center, with a selection of fancier restaurants and an AMC. This was my first time visiting; I was here to go to dinner at the Cheesecake Factory with my partner. I was there for TCF but driving around also noticed there's a Rosa Mexicano, Morton's Steakhouse, Oceanside Seafood Room, and Houston's. I'm not a frequent shopper at higher end store (maybe a window shopper), but I stopped inside the Barnes and Nobles there. It's a good B&N location. Walking inside the Shops was such a nice experience. The interior is beautifully designed with the green walls, chandeliers, water fountain, etc. I also saw there was even a gallery (M.Schorr). I mean, it was by appointment only, but a gallery? I'm not used to seeing that in a shopping center.In short, Shops at Riverside is really gorgeous.

High-end shopping center. From Tiffany's to Barnes and Nobles. There's something for everyone. From fashion to food and more -- so many choices. Check out their directory to learn more. Clean, bright and spacious. Clear signage. Plenty of parking too.For Californians, think of South Coast Plaza or Fashion Island. In the same league.

I had An event in the city and needed a bag asap! Amanda was beyond helpful and sweet. She drove the bag Into the city for me and hand delivered to my hotel ahead of my arrival! She even got the contact info for security at the hotel (who she left it with) so she could keeps tabs on the bag and make sure it got into my hands upon arrival! Thank you so much!! The very best

I had a wonderful experience with Jimmy Choo at Riverside. After having a horrible experience with the online Jimmy choo store and their customer service, I decided to give an in-store shopping experience a try. In comes AnnaMaria and the team at Riverside. I spoke with AnnaMaria twice on the phone, both times she was professional, courteous, and accommodating. All sales associates were friendly when entering the store, and I got exactly what I needed, thanks to AnnaMaria. I HIGHLY recommend.

I will say as a celebrity fashion stylist for 38 years Donna Venza is my go to for Choo! I can go to NY and shop Saks or Bergdorf but I choose riverside square because of salesperson Donna Venza each time. Donna knows me and my clients . Beautiful mall. The renovation was done superbly. Feels like I'm walking through a fancy five-star hotel in Vegas. It also has my favorite restaurant- Houston's.

I love this mall. It's clean. Has many popular brand stores. Many locations to dine. I saw armed security. It looked more like the military. Beautiful clean bathrooms. I mean they thought of everything. A private room to nurse your baby. A family room to change your baby or take your lil one to the bathroom. They had private doors to the entrance of your stall. It felt like I was in a spa bathroom but I was in a mall. I've been to alot of malls, but this one was just so elegant. So well put together. The parking lot even had the signs up in a color you could recognize and see your letter and number so you know where you parked your car. A plus that we didn't have to pay for parking either. This has to be on my list of favorites in my Mall category. It's not far from the city or where I live driving, so I think I can see this mall being revisited. -Thumbs up for me
