I would never use this office again. My husband had some issues and questions regarding the tax return they had prepared. He is calling the office and left numerous messages the past two weeks, you can never get a person on the phone and they won’t return your call.?

Extremely unprofessional and clueless staff. Had walked in store at Hackensack Main St branch a few days ago, spoke to a particular staff, got an estimate of the fee and subsequently booked an appointment. A few days later, on the day of the appointment, I am told that they can't assist me with the specific service and turn me away. That's not how you treat potential customers!!!
