Called Ken, he was very professional and complete with his explanation of what to expect. Moving my sons room to his new apartment 1000 miles away. Truck got there a few hours late (no big deal). Ken advised that the price quoted gave me more then enough space for what i was moving. Last minute i decided not to move a Lazy boy chair. Movers loaded the truck and upcharged me an additional 375.00. Truck delivered to sons apartment within the allotted time. Raining in Nashville when truck got their and they could not get truck into apartment complex. ( When I was there Isaw a huge moving truck in the complex)

Rude at virtually every turn. Wholly unfair charges added (amounting to 15%), service not as promised or contracted, Abusive in response to initial feedback, then silent, unresponsive altogether, damaged posessions, late; Left hand (sales) has no idea what the right hand (company, field workers and customer service) do, DON'T BE FOOLED. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY

The guys were all friendly and efficient, getting everything done in about an hour. The rate was also very reasonable. We would highly recommend using them.

They are professional scammers. THEY LOST OUR SHIPMENT!!! They told me they owned their own trucks but sure enough they showed up with a rented Penske truck. They gave us an estimated based ona . detailed list I gave them of the items and when they showed up the truck could not fit everything, they charged me 50% more and they told us someone else was coming the next day to pick up the rest.Well that second shipment is nowhere to be found. They never called me, I had to bug them and beg them to help me retrieve my shipment but either they didn't answer the phone or they kept telling me someone would call me back. Save your money and tons of stress and hire someone else.

The Garland Movers employees that were sent to move were highly professional and efficient. I would recommend them to everyone, personally used them twice and would give my business to them every time.

WORST MOVING COMPANY EVERY. These guys are PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS!! They are threeweeks late, then called me at 5:30pm on a Sunday (while I was at work) to say they would be there in 2 hours and to have the payment in cash. Well, there is no way to go to the bank on a Sunday to get the cash SO they piled in an EXTRA $300 on top of the rest of what we owed them FOR A WAITING FEE, which is stated no where in the contract we signed, and refused to drop my load unless we paid $300 extra. THEY NEVER CALL BACK, they professionally lie, and the boss of the drivers is THE WORST human alive. He is extremely rude, arrogant, and vile towards his customers and his only wish and gain in life is to PREY OFF HIS CUSTOMERS.
