Gentlemen, the bad service of this company is incredible, my mother, Mrs. Cristina, sent a box today, Saturday, November 2, 2024, and one of her workers almost left my mother in shock, she arrived at my mother's house as her father was. The only thing he missed was hitting her, he got to a point where my mother told him I rebuke you in the name of Jesus Christ and then he calmed down but then he attacked his own partner, if I had been there I would call the police ?♀️

Fama shipping is by far the worst shipping company in New Jersey New York if you want your belongings to be missing and broken this is the company to use I used them to ship my personal belongings from my shoes to personal hygiene items I have no words. Do not use this company not only are things stolen from boxes but once they have charged you an amount they decide that it is more money and will call to tell you there are additional charges when you call the office no one responds. Do not use this company the worst.
Fama shipping the worst shipping company in New Jersey New York. I used them to send my personal effects such as clothes, personal hygiene products, also some groceries and kitchen dishes. I sent more than 25 boxes and they were all looted and destroyed. My products did not arrive complete. A real shame for someone who is moving and do this. Another thing they did was try to charge more than what the dial bill said because they had made a mistake. The worst thing is that no one picks up the phone when you call. Do not use this company unless you want things to be lost and destroyed. Fame shipping the worst!!!!!!!!

The service is efficient, and the average time of 3 weeks is not so bad, the bad thing is that inside my box I sent a red backpack and an ointment that did not arrive, that tells me that the box was uncovered and resealed again, Well, it arrived well sealed, who did that????????? I thank you for responding to my comment, but the fact that customs opens all the boxes and barrels is a story, because they only open it when there is suspicion of counting, what they do is apply x-rays, and not 100% of all the vans and the fact that if it was declared on the invoice is a crude excuse, since the invoice that they leave at the house is designed on a PC and a supposed writing of the contents of the box, whoever is looking for it @shipping, nor He even asked me what's inside and also, why customs was going to take a school backpack from the bottom of the box, and where is the customs notification that he opened it, sometimes silence is better than certain explanations, but nothing It went badly for me and I left it like that and went back to my other shipment, they are not so punctual looking for it but I have never lost anything with them, nor does customs selectively remove things.
I know the matter and I understand that they try to justify what happened
