Lied about the price. Jacked it up to triple of the price they told us. Said we didn't have our couch and love seat on their list. We were promised buy 3 different people that we would have our things by July 15th and when we would call no one would ever answer it and same with a text very unprofessional would not recommend them at all didn't get our stuff untill 10 days later I bet any of the good reviews they received are made up by their own people.

Brought items scratched, missing my tv, tv stand, can never get a hold of anybody. I would never do this again. I payed for my stuff brand new 6 months ago and now it’s scratched and lost.

The worst experience in my life with a moving company. They are operating without FMCSA authority for interstate moves, do not follow the FMCSA regulations, refused to give me my bill of lading, already had my belongins on the truck before bill of lading was filled out, did not include an itemized list of my belongings, charged me for more space than my storage unit originally held, holding my belongings hostage until I pay the higher price, and they are not even acting over the phone in a professional business manner. Refuse to acknowledge their wrong doing,

Truly cannot understand how this company has this rating on Google. We had an out of state move - it took almost 2-months for our items to arrive, with most of the furniture being broken. They won't allow us to file a claim and the company they claim they use for insurance does not work with them...Also - they charged over $1,000 more than the estimate ON THE DAY OF THE MOVE ... Truly horrible. Would never ever recommendSince I cannot reply to the owners comment I am editing my previous review. That is correct, my name is not on the move because my boyfriend was coordinating the move and it is in his name. We have been in touch regarding claims and the company Deluxe told us to contact says they do not work with the company...Service: Out-of-county removals

NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Horrible service. Horrible customer service. Rude employees. Half of our items were broken (at least 3 pieces of furniture had to be thrown out due to their lack of care). When we went to file a claim for the insurance that WE PAID FOR we were told the driver said the furniture was low quality so we could not file a claim. No where did they ask what happened from our point of view... HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Took 2-months for our items to arrive (cross-country move) but there was ZERO communication for those 2-months. We were also told they would never deliver on a weekend - they delivered mid-day on a Saturday with no possibilities of moving the time or date (we were given less than 24 hours notice). I cannot stress enough to not ever hire this company.

They immediately scoped out the job and they went to work. The movers did the packing, boxing and labeling, very efficiently. A lot of care for all the furniture. Every piece was wrapped with blankets .No damage to any items or the apartment. They efficiently managed the whole move.

I highly recommend Deluxe Moving Company for a home or a business move. They safely pack all of your materials and efficiently ship them to your desired location. This is the best moving company, they are better than any other moving company I have worked with. Great experience, friendly service.

Very great moving company the guys were on time very professional handled everything with care.Took my beds apart put everything back how it was supposed to be.Reasonable prices & very respectful.Unloading my furniture into my apartment was great as well.They actually stayed to make sure nothing was broken or missing.Would definitely use these guys again if needed.I moved from Jersey City,NJ to Harlem,NYServices: Packing/unpacking

Just moved out with this company and it was pretty experienced move. I had a lot of boxes and other miscellaneous to move as we had had our lease finished the next day. We will definitely recommend this guys, they well organized, prepared and seems know what they are doing. I won’t be moving next 3-5 yers but hope to hire them again for sure. Thank you Adam and his team.
