Jerry and his team run a very tight ship. I have worked with them on several projects, and they are always very professional. You can tell that they really care about their customers and their business as a whole. I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent/lease an apartment or commercial space because you will be treated like family and have a landlord that you can trust to have your best interest.

I have lived in Willow Run Apartments in Clinton, TN since August 5, 2023. From my first interaction with Leslie in the office to looking around the property, I felt that this could be a great place to move to. I was right!
I know my neighbors, they wave and say hello, the maintenance staff are super friendly and always go above and beyond. The property is clean and well maintained and residents take pride in their space.
Thank you for being such a hands on management team and so welcoming. Life is good here. ?

Stay away from this company ! the managers talk down to you they treat you like you're a retarded , 3rd degree you and bully you . the managers are a bunch of slumlords ! they discriminate against Americans with Disabilities , I try for 6 years to speak to the owner but they refused to let me talk to him !
I had to put a one star up there if I could put a zero !

If you are offered a job there. Run!!!!! They are creepy. They have cameras everywhere...microphones on phones and computers.. and they watch you all day long. And they don't disclose that there are cameras everywhere during the interviews. I even saw a picture of the executive that he took watching us on the camera...creepy and freaky...Run away from this place..

I called the number on their website to inquire about apt availability. I was told there's an apt is coming up soon & i was told the monthly rent (which immediately i thought that THEN i was told there's a $400 pet deposit fee PLUS an extra $50 month PET RENT, which I also thought was a LIE. THEN i find out i was NOT even speaking to the management people, it was THE SUPER who told me all if these "charges" - I figured these "fees" will probably go into HIS POCKETS & even if itnisnt, it's STILL GREEDY to charge a tenant extra RENT every month for a beloved pet. Just ONE MORE WAY they found to CHARGE MORE MONEY to line their pockets with. They're GREEDY & MORE GREEDY. I will NOT be looking for an apt thru them. Freaking LIARS

Steer clear of these apartments and management company. From unprofessional maintenance workers and leasing office staff. Staff trespassed on property, lie about issues going on at apartments, and refuse to take accountability.

I lived at 90 Essex Street Apts. One bedroom studio to one bedroom apts. Super, Chester, who didn't speak English, kept coming into my apt while I was at work or on vacation. He would down my Windows when I left them open. Area is quiet and clean. Close to major highways. They will not and Do Not and Will Not provide heat in winter. I had to buy two heaters, one for bedroom and one for live for living room. Called Board of Health, but they would never raise thermometer higher than 68 degrees. When it's below 0 outside, 68 degrees will not warm apt. All pats have freely wooden floors.

They are unprofessional and will try and keep your money! Apartments are from the 1930s and you can tell.
