They selected a Latina evaluator because the other party could not speak a word of English despite living in this country for over 60 years. I even requested a non-biased African-American or Caucasian evaluator but they refused. As expected, the Latina evaluator took her fellow Latina's side. Her findings are 100% flawed, unprofessional, biased, and sadly destroyed our children. Now, this grandmother is enjoying an easy child support retirement income without working a single day of her life. Horrific family drama telenovela!!!

UPDATE: For the benefit of anyone who may find themselves in a situation where they cross paths with Dr. Michele Lacouture of Ringwood Evaluations & Counseling who also works with the Bergen Family Center, I am posting a word of caution. Not only does she have a terrible reputation as a counselor/therapist, she lacks knowledge and professional manner. In addition, and possibly worst of all, she also once practiced WITHOUT A LICENSE. Before anyone hires her or allows her to be assigned to their case, please investigate her thoroughly. She can be researched under License #37PC00360500. It can't be emphasized strongly enough that Michele Lacouture, Ph.D. is not only a terrible counselor, she's also highly unethical for ever practicing without a license! I still don't understand how any agency could hire someone like that. It's disgraceful.
