When I arrived the agency the person who receive a little rude, but after we were receive in Roma and Alicia’s office they really are beautiful, I did all one my things … They are really professionals, my kids who went to open account left happy and they mentioned me this bank is nice.

Don’t even bother coming here the receptionist Maria could care less. She speaks Spanish but will speak English to you, despite needing someone that speaks Spanish.

1 teller for 20 people in line. Have been waiting for 35 mins so far and still not my turn. Unbelievable!! Get some tellers in here, especially on Saturdays
