My battery needed to be changed. It was close to closing and I just want to say thank you to TINA K. who went above and beyond and changed my battery and made sure I wasn’t left stranded in NJ on the night of Memorial Day. She definitely saved me money because I would’ve had to have towed my car. Thank you to Tina K because she has a heart, she was professional and knowledgeable, and there aren’t many people like that these days and I REALLY want to just say thank you Tina. My Camry and I thank you.

If we could give negative stars, we would. On Monday May 27th, my wife and I came to get her battery tested, and the young man came out to the car, tested and said she had a bad battery. We leave and come back today to buy a new battery…same young man replaces the battery, she gets in the car…starts, then dies. Mind you, she drove all day with the “bad battery”…we ask for the Manager, Laura Ledisma….she comes out with the worst attitude ever, snatches the testing machine from the young man, NOW says “it’s the alternator”,and snarkily tells my wife, these are your 2 options(referring to returning the new battery, and something else I didn’t hear, because I was walking away to keep from saying something really horrible to her face about her attitude), and just walks back inside.
After composing myself, I told my wife to just call AAA and have her car towed to out mechanic. NOT ONCE did this “Manager” come back outside to see what choice we may have made, or if we needed any further assistance. Not only that, right before I decided to go back in to speak to her about her attitude, I could see her and other employees talking (obviously about us; when I walked in, the talking stopped, and she had the BIGGEST smirk on her face).
AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS! I WOULD NOT SHOP THERE FOR FREE.
I’LL BE POSTING THIS REVIEW ON YELP, AND EVERY OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA THAT I AM A PART OF.
I’ve also sent an e-mail to Corporate about the situation; DEFINITELY pointing out the “Managers” crass attitude, and lack of empathy and apparent mocking in this situation. Someone who “manages” in that manner, should never be placed in a Leadership role.

The store manager gave me excellent customer service. I was about to to purchase the wrong thing to stop my oil leak and she even saved me some money. The cashier was friendly and genuinely concerned about me. Thank you AutoZone. You guys never disappoint

Horrible no one on the floor helping people. Just two people in a cashier. Asking for people to help when people are clearly in line to check out. If you need help you have to make the line. Not efficient then you have to go back in line to pay for what you need.

It's good to have auto parts nearby but the cashiers are not prepared. I am in line to get to the cashier, the cashier asks me cash or credit, I say cash, he tells me that I have to wait for the other cashier, there was no one serving that cashier.
Give me a minute, I'll bring you the card and he no waited for me and I had to wait in line again.
They need to put a sign here only card so one spends time, I don't know why they ask cash or credit if they only accept credit.

I purchased a battery charger from the manager. She knowingly sold me the wrong item and then refused to give me a refund the next day. I never used the item, and she wouldn't even listen to me. She told me that only if I showed up with Johnny Depp, she would return the part. Absurd way to treat a customer.

This review is soley based on customer service experience. Returned a purchase today and it was clearly evident Mariju, the lady who processed the return, clearly did not want to be there. From the time I came in to process my transaction to the time I walked out, she was on her phone. I understand it's probably a long shift and you'd probably be elsewhere, but be grateful you have a job and at least ACT like you care and appreciate being there...at least until the customer leaves.

Superb customer support from Andrew, who answered all my concerns and ran a diagnostic scan for me. If you're willing to wait and have patience with the clerks on the line they will help you find what you need. Bookmarked as my go-to AutoZone.

Long lines, significantly understaffed, incorrect items in my pickup order. What’s worse, I received an item that someone sliced open and helped themselves to directly from the employee after he looked over it before handing it to me.
Don’t really care to make a big stink and get people in trouble so I let it go.
Deserves a -30/5 never stepping foot in this store again
