I called Carquest and spoke to Joe. He was very helpful and efficient. He was able to verify my transaction and warranty coverage. Once I came down to the store, he took my battery and had a new one exchanged for it. Covered under warranty. Carquest really honors their warranty without any hassle. Thank you ??”

I recently visited Ricca Auto Body Shop after a minor accident, thinking I would need a new bumper or at least a full paint job. Robin, one of the owners, took the time to assess the situation and was kind enough to say he would first try buffing out what appeared to be damage. To my surprise, within 15 minutes, my car looked as if nothing had happened! This saved me a lot of time and also saved the other party from unnecessary expenses.
