We ordered over the phone a cross and a basket for a funeral. The flowers were beautiful and delivered on time. I would definitely use this florist again!

I spoke to a gentleman from this business and he was incredibly rude. Hung-up on me before I could finish my conversation with him. Definitely wouldn't order from this place.

One quick phone call with the owner to get flower arrangements for my Mom's birthday and bam. Beautiful flowers, delivered on time, great communication. This is a business you can trust, since I was doing it all remotely. Well done.

I was very impressed with the attention given to customer service from AU florist. I just gave them an idea who the flowers were for and what occasion it was about. I was blown away when the flowers came. They exceeded my expectations. I have never been so excited and proud of giving out flowers. Thank you AU Florist.

Altho the 2 arrangements were very nice, the cards that were with them were a disgrace! These were for a funeral. The sentiments on the cards was just as important as the arrangements!!! Maybe even more so.. They were not typed, but handwritten in the worst handwriting, messy and completely illegible. I, who wrote the sentiment, couldn't understand what they were saying. Others, too, had trouble reading them. Why should this happen? I was so upset, especially seeing every other arrangement in the home, typed and easily read. It may seem silly, however, this was a very special person and the messages were very special also. We were all very upset!!!!

AU Florist did an excellent job! The order was handled very well, and the florist let me know when the flowers were prepared. The flowers that were delivered matched the photos I saw online. Thank you for great service!

Beautiful flowers. Great customer service. Owner called me shortly after placing my order to suggest something different due to extreme heat. Definitely recommend this florist.
