Few months ago, I bought one bed and one mattress.
but i found that delivery men delivered 2 bed. i thought store manager, Lucinda, may input wrong order. So i asked return extra bed and exchange it to mattress. But manager did not give detailed information I asked. Then I cancelled Mattress also and ask her total refund. Even though the product did not leave from warehouse, she told me refund will start after 3 or 4 days after warehouse received the returned mattress. But nothing happened even one week passed. When I call her to check the status, she repeated same word. Even she acted like she did not know anything. She said that she can not help me and told me to call concierge desk. When I called that department, they said store manager will help me. I am very angry and asked them immediate action. After that call , somebody proceed the refund at that day. But he send email with only attached file without explanation of refund process.
I send email 2 times to ask when i get refund. but No response.
After talking with branch manager, i knew the processing date.
I am very upset your service especially regarding after customer service.

Highly recommend Arhaus for high end quality furniture! I also recently ordered lighting and my account manager Oren was beyond helpful in fulfilling the order. His customer service from start to finish was top notch and I’ll most certainly be ordering again soon!

When shopping for big ticket items, there’s only 2 things we could all ask for. Help and transparency. We already know Arhaus provides a quality product, but if you want the added layer of someone you can trust with quick and proper information about items, just ask for Oren. We are now going on 9 months of continuous help with Oren, and he’s made life quite simple and easy across multiple orders to help fully furnish our home. Oren and the rest of the Hackensack location have all been nothing but helpful.

I have worked with Oren on several projects. As a designer, it is it is so important to have a sales associate who is knowledgeable and professional. Oren is both. To be honest. I’ve been to all the furniture shops. All the brands. All the locations.
The ONLY place I go to is Arhaus in Hackensack Riverside Mall.
The ONLY person I deal with is Oren. He’s not only the best in the business. He genuinely will give you his honest opinions, never try to over sell and have your house looking the best.

I had the pleasure of working with Oren at the Arhaus in Hackensack, NJ, and I can’t speak highly enough of his commitment, knowledge, and design expertise. When I walked in, I had no intention of making a purchase, but Oren’s calm, professional, and friendly approach instantly drew me in. He’s the type of person who makes you feel comfortable and truly listens to your needs without ever being pushy or sales-driven.
His genuine passion for design and his ability to envision what would work best for my space made it clear that I was in the hands of an expert. Had the pleasure of working with Oren on multiple occasions, most recent one being a bedroom make over. He was very helpful, informative and knowledgeable. The best part of it all was that I did not feel rushed let alone pushed to make a purchase which is one of the reasons why I went with Oren!
