I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received today at your Hackensack, NJ location. I went to purchase some salt, but the manager, whose name I believe is Joel, was extremely rude and disrespectful towards me and my wife. He told us that we could only buy four boxes or leave, and he treated us as if we were trying to steal in front of other customers. When I asked for his name, he did not properly identify himself. Despite my complaint about his rudeness, he ignored us and did not even look at us.
Aldi needs to retrain its staff on customer service. Such rude and disrespectful behavior gives customers a negative impression of the store.

My only issue is the way customers line up in aisles verses moving on to registers to check out.
This system of customers queuing
up in the grocery aisles blocks the acess of customers with shopping carts between waiting customers
too check out with customers who
are still shopping! Only hiccup however "Aldi" has descent prices on prepared "dinner" selections & frozen veggies & Cheese, fresh produce that rival the Major Brand Supermarkets prices in Bergen.
If you looking keep your food budget in line drop by " Aldi's" for realistic grocery shopping prices ! Also you will need to pay a "Quarter fee" to release a shopping cart! Don't 4get shopping bags!! Keep mind " Aldi's "
is similar too a TraderJoes - doesn't carry "hundreds" of food items but don't worry there are many tasty international food items to discover !!?

Love coming to Aldi. It's definitely my favorite grocery store. Firstly, the quarter system with the carts is genius, and helps to keep the lot from getting cluttered. I think more stores should enact this system. The prices on the products are very reasonable and way below the competition. They are all high quality as well. The inside of the store is always clean and organized, with the staff making sure everything is kept immaculate. Overall, I highly recommend coming by to Aldi for your next grocery run. It may surprise you.
