Horrible, I bought a bed and they told me they couldn't deliver it on the same day but they would deliver it the next day. The delivery people called me about 4 times saying it would arrive in 30 minutes but it didn't and I was stuck at home waiting and I ended up giving up. and I didn't even get the bed or my money back, they're a bunch of miserable people deceiving people ??????I don't recommend it to anyone, they sell you super smiling and then stab you from behind

We made a deliver to this company, they have the worst customer service. One of the employees in charge, treated my driver very bad and did not want to sign the deliver and had my driver waited hours. He was arabic and started yelling at my driver in arabic thinking my driver was hispanic. My driver is arabic and understood everything he was yelling at him, he was yelling racist comments, the owner of this store needs to consider this employer's position and employment.

This has to be one of the best furniture stores ever be purchased two bedroom sets and they are beautiful Eddie is very helpful he's a great professional salesman he helped us a lot with every question we had two bedroom sets were delivered in two days they are very professional and honest the prices are very reasonable Eddie went above and beyond in order to help us with any questions we might have have I highly recommend Adora furniture they are very good and there is a lot of variety of stuff as far as Furniture living room bedroom sets are concerned they will assist you with anything you need looking forward to doing more business with them thank you guys for all your help by the way the delivery guys were extremely professional they were very helpful I highly recommend them

You're a Liar tito or whatsoever ur name is I’ve ask few people at the store for ur name they’ll giving me different name u made a fake promise after taking my money I had to bring u to court and u never show up here u stay answering left and right talking about please stop posting erroneous statements shm my husband and I went on Main Street after all confronted u where is the couch u told us get the f out go back to our country u also said couch is in ur basement store go get it ourselves so disrespectful if I had give up u would've eat my money u only gave it back because I went in Ridgewood consumer protection and they made u return themoney otherwise u wouldn't u wanted to take advantage of us because u noticed we're not from here, bunch of scammers you’re not an honest man and yet I bet ur praying 24/7 and you’re still doing all that . And of course you going to play victim answering come to the store to sort this out we dnt kno what you’re saying smh ?♀️ ??

Spoke with someone online and was given a price, once I went to their store to complete transaction they gave me a whole different price. Just like every other furniture store they just want you to go in the store. total scam won't do any business with them.

Worst business to shop at. I went to the Paterson store on Friday purchased a mattress, bed frame and bunkie board. Within a couple hours I came back to the store to cancel my order when I was told by the sales person who sold me the merchandise that they could not give me my refund here that I would need to call Hackensack the main store. So when I called Hackensack I was told a different story that they do not give refunds I left my number so the owner could call me. Today it’s Sunday and still no call these people don’t care about their customers. As a business all employees should be up front about store polices to the customers. I was never told about the polices or even was told to sign a policy paper. Once I paid that was it no one explained the policy. Which I find very unprofessional and sneaky. I guess this is their way of making money. Never shopping here ever again I will make sure to let everyone know about this store.
