Old Fashioned Helpful Service The store itself was a pharmacy for a very long time. They have some original furniture and antique medical bottles that are very cool. The service is also good old fashioned, caring service done by a family of pharmacists. They are very kind and caring. Please support them. A neighborhood gem.

Seiffert's Pharmacy is a multi generational institution. THere is always a king, knowledgeable family member or experienced individual there paying the utmost attention to serving all who walk through the door. Unlike dealing with the big chains, where I have had multiple prescription errors and high over the counter prices, Seiffert's is highly competitive and knows all the customers. A service sorely lacking in industry today. Although you may have to call a few times to reach someone, there is no wasting time with computer prompts and redirection of phone calls to someone who will jut redirect you again. It is unfortunate that the big chains and insurance lead customers away from this type of operation by not honoring the same benefits they manage to small operations.

This is a long standing family owned pharmacy. Everyone that works here is super friendly and informative. I always feel welcome and taken car of when I go here. Just note, they do not take credit cards here, so be prepared with another form of payment.

I lived in WNY for 9 years and I miss Seiferts. They are the last of the old fashioned drug stores I grew up with. They KNOW you and are there for you 100%.They are knowledgeable and accommodating. You will not get this from chain pharmacies. The delivery is done by Pedro who is part of this concerned family and all their staff are A+++ . You pay cash or check. They discount and provide services above and beyond the norm. I moved to Albany NY and I did find a family pharmacy- but my drug plan only uses CVS. I'm so SAD. I miss you Bobby and Pedro and EVERYONE!!

My Grandfather Eric Siefert owned this Pharmacy and sold it in the early '60s to a gentleman that worked for him. I cannot remember his name. I think it is still in the hands of that family! So glad they kept the name all these years!

It is our local reliable mom and pop pharmacy. My family has been going to Seifert's Pharmacy for years. The pharmacists are always helpful. They can advise you on any questions you have. No matter who walks in the door, you will always get quality service. The pharmacists are not only helpful they are personable. Every client is a friend. Plus the brothers can make you laugh with their jokes and riddles. This pharmacy is a gem.
