Bought my wife's wedding ring about 10 years ago in the quality was never good the prongs were set incorrectly had to have it fixed several times had to send it back three or four times cuz the clarity of the round diamond was bad on the diamond overall I don't know if the customer service and quality has gotten better in the last few years but I definitely would not recommend them

Happy with product but customer service is terrible! phone numbers associated with company do not work and can not get response from customer service in email.
