So so OVERPRICED. Check your receipt before you leave, sale items are routinely not keyed in to cash registers. They take the inside seal off the bleach so they can steal some and replace cap. Can't trust fish there anymore. Only go there for Boar's Head products & real maple syrup.

They have frozen items in an open air freezer. Made the mistake of buying some stuff from there and it was all freezer burned. What a waste. Put a proper door there!

Love this store! I moved to West New York from Upper West Side, NYC. This store reminds me of the ones in my old neighborhood. I can find everything easy and find the food that I'm accustomed to. The Deli is great with very fresh items. Prices are comparable to the rest of the area prices. The only improvement they could make is the veggie / fruit section. It's small and limited in selection. But what they have is usually very fresh and good quality. With this improvement, it would be 5 stars for sure.

This is the nearest supermarket to me and I hate it! Lots of expired items, the produce has mold, expensive for no reason, and there’s a cashier there Jessika who is very rude and her artifice is so blah ? some people should not work in customer service if they are always going to have a sour face and nasty attitude at checkout for no reason. Not coming here anymore.

Pinnacle used to be awesome! Not anymore. They don’t transfer calls to the deli department to ask questions and are not interested in helping customers over the phone! It’s a shame!!!!!!!!

Good local store with a solid Deli. Has it's own Latino section. Prices are good. My only surprise was the lack of Frozen pizzas (they had the French bread kind).

Spotless clean. The shelves are very nicely organized always easy to find what I'm looking for, the meat is always fresh.
