Terrible service, half of the things sent to my relatives were stolen.
They invented that they were going to open an investigation which ended in a happy letter where the box had arrived without anomalies, now seeing the previous reviews it is clear that it is something common with this company, they are irresponsible thieves who take advantage of the people who work and send things to their relatives will surely not last long due to the lack of ethics and responsibility.

Unfriendly staff. Don't get notary services done here. Staff don't know where to put the stamp and seal, and when your document gets rejected due to their mistake and you go back to get it redone, they will charge you EXTRA. First notary, I paid $8. They messed up on where to put the stamp and seal, and got my documents rejected by the court clerk. Today I went back to get it redone and was charged $32. Instead of offering me a discount or even offering to fix their mistake for free, I had to pay extra. I've been a customer for years but after today, I am never going back.

Terrible service, it's 8pm, Wednesday, September 15, and we wanted to send packages and they told us that we can't, it's too late, they have to close the cash register and that we should be considerate. It is the first time they treated us in this way.

Good service just be careful when printing. I have been charged incorrectly several times, even when buying stuff like candies or chips. It seems like some ladies just charge without calculating the proper amount!.
