I had a very bad experience in the month of October in this workshop. There they only do the work to get money, not because they have a love for doing a good job. Everything that you need to solve with your car does not exist there in that workshop. They tell you one thing and another and nothing is resolved and especially the person who works in the office is unfriendly ?

Public DON'T BE FOOLED IN THIS PLACE, I went to patch a rubber (tyre) the cute Indian who acts as manager is RUDE, DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO SPEAK, they damaged my tire, the Mechanic HAD NO IDEA ABOUT. HOW TO DO THAT SIMPLE JOB. BUT THE WORST OF ALL IS THE CUTE WOMAN WHO PLAYS AN OFFICE ROLE ???

Took my car to the shop for intake manifold gaskets because I had a vacuum leak. He messed the job the first time putting in the gaskets the second time he did the job he gave my car back with the same vacuum leak he had my car for a week causing me to miss my appointment to take my car to Virginia to be transported to FloridaBy Amtrak heading to Jersey City small claims court

I called this location because I needed a Tow to their location for faulty brakes and it was the closest mechanic to where I was. I called and they said I could leave it in front of their garage door. The Tow left it eaxactly where they said to. A few days later they fix the brakes and when I went to pay the lady who works there says my car was ticketed at their location overnight. Instead of saying, "hey we'll pay the ticket." She recommended I take time out of my day to go to court to get this resolved. What they should have done is paid for the ticket. Not to mention, she had to look for my parking violation in a stack of other parking violation tickets she had. Leads me to believe this is a common occurrence for this business. Needless to say, be warned your car may be ticketed under their watch. I will not be returning nor recommending this place to anyone. Customer satisfaction goes a long way and I was completely dissatisfied in the manner they handled this situation. They could have paid the lousy $68.Service: Brakes

The staff is not trained since they do not have their titles, much less are they responsible for their work, the owner, much less I do not recommend that workshop, I did an oil change and left with my damaged car since they did not put the oil in it and when I complained to the The owner told me to claim his worker, who did not even have his legal documents to work as a mechanic, much less his work permit as required by law, the owner named Juan Carlos Cadenas was taken to court. I do not recommend this business, they are not trustworthy.Service: Oil change

I have been coming to this shop for the last 8years. It has been terrific experience. Unfortunately I just found out that the mechanic shop changed the ownership. And the new ownership held my car for two days and missed their promises two times. I’ve wasted lotta time with them. I will not use this place anymore. Very unprofessional. Be aware

Ive been going to this shop for a while but this time was a full doubt that I will not be going back! Bad service due to the workers not telling the truth. Told them I wanted my shocks and struts rebuilt, instead they put a new pre set shock and struts which totally does not match my other lowering spring. Took my car the next day which they promised to rebuilt them and still lied and I had to wait there to watch it for my self to make sure that they do the job. In conclusion, I paid the total in full and they dont even bother to test ride my car to see if everything is fine. I drove it back home and finally gave up and will never going back again. Will never recommend this place ever.
