“I purchased a pre-owned iPhone 14 Plus to upgrade my mother's old iPhone 8 Plus. I transferred everything myself, but activation/transferring her active line to the 14 Plus was still required. Since newer models are eSIM-only, I knew it wouldn’t be straightforward. I could have handled it on My Verizon online, but that likely would’ve meant dealing with customer service via phone and wasting time.
This shop is only a block from my place, so on the way to dinner with my mom we stopped in. Patrick and Kyu activated the device quickly and without any issues. Supporting a local business is an easy choice when the service is efficient and reliable—highly recommended.”

The staff is courteous and respectful. The only thing I would suggest would be multiple concert merch areas....it get very crowded on the first floor. I can't wait to see my next show here!!!!”
