Inside is a vintage lovers paradise, or more specifically, a vintage smokers dream. They specialize in refurbishing old lighters, ash trays, and smoking sets. Trust me, they're awesome. If you're not a smoker, they have old magazines, game sets, and old-style soda. If you'd like to become a smoker but are scared, they have candy cigarettes. Sick!
Anyway, I like to pop by whenever I'm in the neighborhood. You should pop in, too.”

“Bought the most beautiful tall cabinet from these folks. They were so generous as to deliver the next day. The furniture, the objects, etc, are all fine quality at a fair price. And they are very nice folks to deal with. I've been stopping by here for years picking up this or that but when we needed a cabinet for our crazy small apt, here is where we found it. they have dressers, small bits, so much. can't say enough good about this place and these proprietors.”

“This bookstore found me. And every since then it’s been calling me back. I walked in and was met with the smell of the alphabet and maps from every country in the world. I was allowed to peruse the first floor without being pressured and that felt good because walking in can be intimidating.Everyone there was helpful and I was directed to the second floor by means of a turn of the century elevator. Maps on this floor were organized smartly and you must ask for assistance before taking them off the shelf.I would encourage you to check out their website so you have an idea of what you are looking for before arriving. They also have volumes online that may not be in store at the current time but they have access to from their warehouse.”

It was on Pinterest that I first saw a similar ring Russell had created and after doing some digging found Erie Basin's online store. I of course was hesitant purchasing a diamond online having not seen it first, so contacted Russell who took the time to discus my concerns via phone. Once the purchase was made, the resizing took only hours and he shipped it to me overnight. Everything was super smooth and stress less and the ring is exactly what I wanted- vintage, simple, classic. Erie Basin has a customer for life in me!”
